Q. When are your work hours?

A. I’m in central time zone (Texas!) and typically work Monday-Friday 10:00-3:00. I will also sometimes work a few hours at night, 11:00-1:00. If I’m working on a rush project, I’ll work longer.

Q. What are your communication preferences?

A. I typically keep all contact online, through messaging. It’s more convenient for me and I’m terrible at answering my phone. If you absolutely HAVE to call me, I’ll chat with you.

Q. What if I don’t like your design?

A. I always work with my clients to bring them what they want. If you don’t like what I’ve shown you, don’t hesitate to tell me so I can re-design it.

Q. do I have to order from you on upwork?

A. No. But I expect some money upfront if I’m working with you off of Upwork. I do this for my safety.

Q. Can you do design work for me, like logos?

A. If I’m working on an hourly project, I’m happy to do whatever you need me to. However custom branding is not available for fixed price projects, unless discussed ahead of time.

Q. can you write my content for me?

A. For hourly work, I’m happy to write any content you need. For fixed price work, I write some content, but most of it will need to come from you. After-all, you’re the expert on your business, not me.
